      The base of the product is made of a 7 or 9 mm thick polyester that comes in black or grey, and is obtained from a plastic recycling process. This material is certified to meet the requirements of the Global Recycle Standard (GRS) and does not contain any harmful substances like formaldehyde or pentachlorophenol. It is also classified as fire-resistant under class B-s1, d0. The decorative part of the wooden panel is made of 12 mm thick veneered MDF slats, which are attached to the polyester base. The MDF slat is 2400 or 2800 mm in length and 27 mm in width, and is also classified as fire-resistant under class B-s1, d0. The MDF slats are covered with veneer, which can be chosen and agreed upon with the customer. MDF slats are spaced 13 mm apart.
